Shipping and Return Policy
LED Supply Co. ships to all 48 contiguous United States. Shipping costs are determined at checkout and are dependant on the weight and size of the shipment. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur special shipping charges.
All orders are subject to the availability of either stock at LED Supply Co. or manufacturer distribution centers. Items that are backordered with the manufacturer are not the responsibility of LED Supply Co. Orders on backordered product may be cancelled if prior to shipment. Made to Order product cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Pickup service can be arranged at any local LED Supply Co. distribution center. Pickups are by appointment only and must be scheduled ahead of time. Pickup locations are as follows:

When required, liftgate service must be requested prior to shipment. Liftgate service charges are the responsibility of the customer. LED Supply Co. will do everything in our power to accommodate the liftgate request. In some instances the freight company may attempt delivery without liftgate, even when requested.
Damaged Product / Missing Product
All orders are FOB Origin. Customer assumes responsibility for product at the time it leaves LED Supply Co. facility, manufacturer facility or other distribution center.
All order must be inspected prior to receipt to ensure they are intact and complete. In the event that shipping damage occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the freight company and LED Supply Co. within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. In the event that there is product missing from the shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the freight company and LED Supply Co. within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
At LED Supply Co. we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your LED Supply Co. purchase, unless otherwise stated below, LED Supply Co. will authorize a refund for item(s) returned. All returns are subject to verification of original sale. LED Supply Co. reserves the right to limit or deny any and all returns.
LED Supply Co. customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase and would like to return a non-assembled-to-order item, unused, in original packaging, may return the product within 90 days of receiving the original shipment.
1. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (this does not apply to items being returned under warranty).
2. Customers who place orders online are responsible for accuracy in product selection and entering information necessary to complete their order.
Non-Refundable Items & Restocking Fees
LED Supply Co. offers specification grade, made-to-order products that are non-returnable. Customers have only 24-hours to cancel such orders for a full refund. All standard returns are subject to the manufacturer’s restock fee, or a 25% restock fee - whichever is greater.
LED Supply Co. accepts returns with a copy of your original invoice within 90 days of the original purchase date indicated on your invoice. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before any item(s) can be returned. No returns will be accepted prior to receiving a Return Authorization Number. Defective Items Covered Under Warranty
At LED Supply Co., we understand that on occasion, despite rigorous testing, there may be a manufacturer product defect resulting in product failure. To determine whether the item in question is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the product specification sheet.
