The facility had outdated T12 fluorescent technology, which didn’t provide adequate light levels. These T12’s also flickered, were hard to maintain, and consumed too much energy.

Utilizing brand new LED troffers provided the combination of high efficiency, high CRI (90+), extended life (10 Year Warranty), and favorable rebates from Xcel Energy to provide the optimal solution.

RMC Health will achieve a 77% reduction in annual energy costs. Focusing on their longest running and highest wattage fixtures first helped provide maximum energy savings.

Existing 4 Lamp T12 fixtures combined with long operating hours amplify the energy savings for RMC Health.
Xcel Energy Rebates: $8,710
Utilizing the custom rebate program from Xcel Energy, RMC Health received maximum rebates for this project. RMC also took advantage of the 30% end of the year rebate bonus.
